The End is the opening track from Kings of Leon’s fifth studio album “Come Around Sundown” released on October 15, 2010. Rhythm guitarist and lead singer Caleb Followill typically aches over the chorus, straining out “This could be the end/ ‘cos I ain’t got a home” while lead guitarist Matthew adds that familiar effects-based layer of shoegaze-esque guitar underneath. Don’t mistake all these effects jibes as criticism though - it actually gives the opening song a lot of depth.

Nothing : The Script

The Script have recently premiered the music video for "Nothing", the official second single from the Irish band's latest album "Science & Faith" released last September. I personally think the lads probably have one of the best albums in 2010 thus far. I like "Nothing" but I would have picked a different track for the second single. For instance, "If You Ever Come Back" or "This = Love". But I won't hate & wish them the best of luck. BTW, it's been two months since they released "For The First Time" - they scored a #1 in Ireland, and a #4 and #2 in the UK and Belgium, respectively - so it was about time they moved on to the next single. Turn It Up : Ciara Ft. Usher

Ciara will release her super-delayed album "Basic Instinct" on December 14th (No more push backs the ATL singer has promised) - And when everything pointed that that fourth album of hers would undeniably flop hard-core on the US charts regardless of any release date, there seems to be now a tiny light at the end of the tunnel. A new Ciara track has just hit the net in the form of "Turn It Up" featuring superstar Usher. This is obviously a rough mix = unmastered but in any case it sounds very promising IMO. Ciara has resorted to DANCE music to try and save "Basic Instinct", as she deep deep inside knows if this record flops then she can say goodbye to her label. I cannot wait until the finalised version of "Turn It Up" leaks. It's a dance-floor ready tune, that simply needs a few more beats, and it'll be a certified FIRE song. She has to release this ASAP.
